The International Brotherhood of Teamsters' Labor History Research Center is a dynamic multi-functional space that incorporates a rich set of exhibition capabilities to showcase both the scope of Teamsters history and the larger American labor movement via the medium of physical objects and printed documents. The LHRC's four wall-mounted and four free-standing exhibit cases provide enable the LHRC staff to bring the history of the Teamsters and the American labor history movement to life through the display of artifacts, documents, images, pamphlets, and other original resources.

The Research Center's inaugural exhibit, "Teamster Pride is Union Pride: Identity, Community, Solidarity", was installed in October 2010 to coincide with the LHRC's grand opening, provides an informative overview of the organization's founding and traces its evolution throughout the 19th and 20th centuries.
