The Labor Union Constitutions, By-Laws and Agreements collection is now open for research within the Teamsters Labor History Research Center.

The collection is comprised of printed copies of various union constitutions and their by-laws, as well as contractual, wage and working condition agreements between unions and their employers, dating from 1883-1999. The majority of the unions represented are related to the railroad industry, including the Brotherhood of Locomotive Firemen and Enginemen, the Brotherhood of Railway and Steamship Clerks, Freight Handlers, Express and Station Employees, and the United Transportation Union. Also included are constitutions and agreements of the United Steelworkers of America, United Automobile, Aircraft and Agricultural Implement Workers of America (UAW), the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, and a variety of other labor organizations.
